تجلیل از اولین دانش آموخته ی کارشناسی روابط عمومی ایران در تبریز
به مناسبت 27 اردیبهشت روز جهانی ارتباطات و روز روابط عمومی در ایران طی مراسمی در سازمان مدیریت صنعتی آذربایجان از استاد سیداحمد کسرایی آذر تجلیل شد .
 استاد احمد کسرایی آذر از اولین ورودی های کارشناسی روابط عمومی و روزنامه نگاری دانشگاه تهران در سال1345بوده ودر دانشنامه ی روابط عمومی ایران  از اولین دانش آموختگان این رشته در ایران نام برده شده است. در این مراسم که جمعی از دانشجویان رشته های علوم ارتباطات و روابط عمومی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی و جامع علمی کاربردی حضور داشتند .



محمد فرج پور باسمنجی ضمن بزرگداشت روز جهانی ارتباطات و روابط عمومی لزوم توسعه ی رشته های علوم ارتباطات را در شمالغرب کشور یاد آور شد و گفت: اوج شکوفایی روابط عمومی در آذربایجان شرقی در زمان سکانداری دکتر سبحان الهی در استانداری آذربایجان شرقی در دهه ی 80 آغاز شد که تشکیل اولین شورای هماهنگی روابط عمومی شمالغرب کشور در تبریز و تشکیل دوره های عمومی و  تخصصی آموزش روابط عمومی و ایجاد رشته های زیر مجموعه ی علوم ارتباطات در مراکز دانشگاهی تبریز از آن جمله اند .



فرج پور باسمنجی مدرس علوم ارتباطات دانشگاه های تبریز افزود : در پشت تمام سازمان ها و شرکت های موفق در ایران وجهان ادارات کارشناسی قوی و پویا روابط عمومی قرار گرفتند و هم اکنون در شرکت های چند ملیتی روابط عمومی نقش اول را در توسعه راهبردی عهده دار هستند و از آنان به عنوان مغز متفکر سازمان ها و بازوی قوی مدیریت نام میبرند.
 وی گفت :در توسعه ی کشورمان باید به نقش و جایگاه ارتباطات و روابط عمومی بهای کافی و لازم داده شود چرا که روابط عمومی وکیل مدافع مردم و سازمان است و این ارتباط دو سویه میتواند به ارایه خدمات بهتر و روان در سازمانها بیانجامد .



در این مراسم استاد احمد کسرایی آذر نیز در سخنان کوتاهی تواضع ، مردم داری و تلفیق هنر و دانش ارتباطات را از ویژگی روابط عمومی پیشرفته دانست و گفت:عشق خدمت به مردم و ایجاد اطمینان به عملکرد سازمان ها در روابط عمومی باید موج بزند و خدمت صادقانه و گشودن گره مشکلات مردم مورد توجه قرار گیرد در ادامه این مراسم لوح تندیس نقره ای به پاسداشت 35 سال خدمت صادقانه ی استاد کسرایی آذر در تهران و تبریز به وی اعطا شد و از اولین دانش آموخته ی تبریزی رشته ی روابط عمومی و روزنامه نگاری دانشگاه تهران در نیم قرن گذشته تجلیل شد.
