توسعه ی باسمنج برای کلانشهر تبریز حیاتی است
آئین رونمایی از موسسه ی غیردولتی و مردمی فروغ فرهنگ خاوران در اداره ی ورزش و جوانان شهر باسمنج برگزار شد،

به گزارش پایگاه خبری ندای بیصدا فعال فرهنگی و رسانه ای آذربایجان شرقی توسعه ی باسمنج را برای کلانشهر تبریز بسیار حیاتی خواند و گفت:با اتصال بلوار شهرک خاوران به بلوار ورودی باسمنج عملا این دو شهر به هم پیوسته اند و مسائل و مشکلات این شهر کوچک باید مدنظر شورای اسلامی و مدیریت شهری این کلانشهر قرار گیرد چرا که شکل گیری محلات حاشیه نشین در آینده ای نه چندان دور بر مشکلات حاشیه نشینی کلانشهر تبریز خواهد افزود.


دکتر محمد فرج پور باسمنجی افزود :در بیست سال اخیر هزاران ثروت مند تبریزی به احداث خانه باغ ها در باسمنج و روستاهای تابعه مبادرت کرده اند و هم اکنون بیش از سه هزار خانه باغ در اراضی باسمنج و ده ها روستای اطراف این شهر کوچک احداث شده است و در واقع شرق تبریز به یک منطقه ی ییلاقی و ویلایی تبدیل شده است و در کنار ان افراد ضعیفی که توانایی خرید واحد های مسکونی در کلانشهر تبریز را ندارند در حاشیه ی شهر باسمنج ده ها محله ی حاشیه نشین را به وجود آوردند با این حال یکپارچه شدن مدیریت شهری در شرق تبریز در سال های اخیر مورد تاکید متخصصان و شهرسازان قرار گرفته است.

عضو شورای اطلاع رسانی استان افزود: کانال مردمی صدای باسمنج با هفت هزار مخاطب میتواند زبان گویای  شهروندان باسمنجی در انعکاس مسائل و مشکلات محلی و ده ها روستای تابعه تا دامنه های سهند باشد و علاوه بر ان دستاندرکاران و نویسندگان این کانال پر مخاطب در آذربایجان شرقی میتواند با تولید گزارش،مقاله،خبر،مصاحبه،علاوه بر مطالبه گری،مسئولان محلی و استانی را نیز به واکنش و پاسخگویی مجبور نمایند.

در این مراسم دکتر وهاب اصل رحیمی لزوم تقویت سرمایه های اجتماعی و توسعه ی زیرساخت های فرهنگی و اجتماعی را در این منطقه یادآور شد و گفت:اگر اعتماد مردمی شکل بگیرد،مشارکت مردم در امور فرهنگی و اجتماعی دوچندان میشود و شکل گیری مؤسسات مردم نهاد میتواند الگوی خوبی برای همدلی و همراهی و حل مشکلات عمومی و مطالبه گری باشد.


در این مراسم محمد باقر واصلی،مهندس جابر اشجاری و مهندس احمد زمین نورد درباره ی اهداف شکل گیری مؤسسه ی فروغ فرهنگ خاوران با مشارکت جوانان فعال فرهنگی را در توسعه ی فرهنگی منطقه مهم ارزیابی کردند و ابراز امیدواری کردند با راه اندازی این موسسه شاهد مشارکت جوانان فعال و تحصیل کرده در حل مسائل و مشکلت منطقه باشیم و کانال صدای مردمی باسمنج و حومه ابزار رسانه ای و تبلیغاتی این موسسه خواهد بود.

در این مراسم دکتر سفیدی شهردار سابق باسمنج یکپارچه شدن مدیریت شهری باسمنج و تبریز را راه گشای بسیاری از مشکلات حاشیه نشینی و  جلوگیری از دخل و تصرف اراضی کشاورزی و زمین خواری و شتاب  توسعه ی زیرساخت های عمرانی دانست و خواستار رفع موانع قانونی الحاق شهرکوچک باسمنج به کلانشهر تبریز شد.




شایان ذکر است موسسه ی فروغ فرهنگ خاوران با مجوز فرمانداری تبریز به منظور گسترش نظارت عمومی و جلب مشارکت مردمی از طریق اطلاع رسانی و بالا بردن آگاهی عمومی از طریق فضای مجازی ،رسانه هاو برپایی همایش ها،نمایشگاه ها و کنفرانس های عمومی تشکیل شده و کانال مردمی پرمخاطب صدای باسمنج و حومه ابزار رسانه ای ان خواهند بود.
